Client Acquitted at Prelim of Break & Enter, and Firearm Offences

A.S. was charged with  Break & Enter, Use Firearm in the Commission of the Offence, and other firearm related offences. He was alleged to have been involved in a break and enter while pointing a firearm at the occupants of an apartment.  If convicted, would have faced a penitentiary sentence. 

Monday, July 23, 2018; Counsel, Rafik Kodsy's Client A.S. was aquitted of all charges at the Preliminary Hearing Stage.  Main issue was identity.
