Mr. Davies realized his passion for not only criminal law, but specifically criminal defence, very early on. He has been a part of Rusonik, O’Connor, Robbins, Ross, and Angelini, LLP in various capacities, dating back to when he would sit in on senior partners’ trials as he was taking his undergraduate degree in political science at the University of Western Ontario from 2011 to 2015.  

After formally being employed by the firm as a summer student while studying law at the University of Windsor, Mr. Davies earned a role as an articling student. Mr. Davies is now a proud partner at the firm.

Mr. Davies believes that everyone deserves someone on their side that is willing to advance their interests in a vigorous and passionate way. The easy route is a guilty plea. The easy route is almost always not the best route. An accused deserves a lawyer who will work with them to leave no stone unturned. An accused deserves a lawyer who will advocate for them in ways no one else will.  

Mr. Davies has had successful results for his clients at various bail hearings, including bails involving discharged firearms, trials at the Ontario Court of Justice, as well as at the Superior Court of Justice including a first-degree murder trial. 

Mr. Davies solely practices criminal law. That is where his passion lies.
